Please note that all fees are due at the time of
reservation.

Field Rentals
To reserve a playing field, please contact Jeremy Brogan (Recreation
Director) at 518-538-0136 to
verify availablity.
After booking your field, please print and complete the
following forms. Once complete, please turn them into
the Town Clerk's Office at Town Hall (351 Reynolds Road)
with payment.

Pavilion Rentals
To reserve a pavilion at the recreation park, please
contact the Town Clerk's Office at 518-792-1030 to verify availability.
Please note that reservation are not held until all
proper paperwork has been submitted.
After booking your pavilion, please print and complete
the following forms. Once complete, please turn them
into the Town Clerk's Office at Town Hall (351 Reynolds
Road) with payment.
