All dogs 4 months of age and older must be licensed annually. Guide Dogs, Hearing Dogs, Police Work Dogs Service Dogs and War Dogs must be licensed but no fee is charged.
The owner must supply at time of licensing a copy of the up-to-date rabies vaccination certificate and if the dog is spayed or neutered a copy of the certificate from the veterinarian.
